Looking for photographs

As an international student who study abroad, we are becoming the ambassadors of helping the world to recognize the Chinese civilization. We as international students who will always be considered as Chinese, while we are learning the excellent western culture and traditions we should not forget about our own culture. Get along with the Western culture doesn't mean we have to forget where we came from and the fact we are Asians, we should try to spread the Eastern culture and let the world noticed us. Not because how we are similar to Americans, but because how we are being ourselves and a person who can earn respect.

We initiated the “Eastern culture around us“ project with the China Children and Teenagers’ foundation, Beijing Youth Sports Federation and Beijing Pulsation Charity foundation together. To encourage the international students take pictures about the Eastern culture around them, we encourage the international students to notice and recognize the Eastern element everywhere in their life. We work together to let the world know the better China, we work together to let everyone knows us and respect us.
